Log on and do the pre-quests for access to Dungeon (Into the Dark 1 for each city).
Gather @ 7pm GMT (usual leves time) in Uldah.
Be ready for instance.
That means Food, Weapons (more than 1 and bring equip for a class change).
Things you should always have your bar by now; Raise, Cure/Regen, Barbs, Sentinal, Emulate. etc.

We fly to Dragonhead.

Cooldown is 5mins and Required party size is 8 people 45+.
That means we're going to have to rotate.
We'll try and ensure everyone gets an equal amount of runs.
Bring something to craft because you might have to wait.

No DKP system at present.

1xCon, 2xThm, 1xGla, 2xLnc/Mrd/Pug(1 may change to glad for bosses), 2xArcher
